By creating an account or using the Rentlize platform and website at rentlize.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rentlize is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for car rental and fleet management businesses. The Service includes tools for managing reservations, vehicles, customers, billing, invoicing, GPS tracking, analytics, and related operations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Rentlize offers various subscription plans with different feature sets and vehicle limits.
• Free plans are provided as-is with no guaranteed uptime or support SLA.
• Paid plans are billed on the schedule indicated at the time of purchase (monthly or one-time).
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on third-party rights.

6. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in the Service ("Your Data").
• You grant Rentlize a limited license to process Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service.
• We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
• Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Rentlize Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, GPS providers, mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentlize Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rentlize Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
